Self-care has emerged as this trendy buzzword, encouraging -- let’s be honest -- mostly women don’t take time for themselves after pouring so much into their job and family. Bubble baths, diving into a good book, exercise -- all of these are great examples of self-care. But I had a game-changing realization that self-care is so much more than the activities you do to escape your stress. Self-care is also the hard things that help you eliminate the stress in the first place. Like keeping a planner, organizing your grocery pick up, creating systems to keep your life in balance.
Join me as I offer tips on how to master self-care, more than just a White Claw and a bubble bath.
I have some exciting things going on in my life and I would be lying if I told you I didn’t want you to be engaged with it all! Check out my self-published children’s book! I would love to know what you think and the impact it had on you.
