Working smarter vs working harder is one of those areas I often get questions about. Working smarter isn't a magic formula for success... in fact, it's quite the opposite. There's a lot of hard work that goes into being successful. If you're looking for a set piece of advice or something, I'm sorry to say that there isn't any magic bullets, or "seven easy steps to success", or "5 secrets to success". Promoting your services and being successful as an esthetician takes hard work. It takes time, perseverance, and consistency. You have to find a way to work consistently and make it worth your while so that you can see improvements or results from what you're doing. Once you see results, then it's definitely worth investing time into working smarter so that you can further improve on these results down the road. Work hard first so that you can work smarter later."
