In this episode, I interview Phil Tooley from Chesterfield, Derbyshire in the United Kingdom about his passion for fine dining - which involves seeking out the best restaurants to experience some of the highest quality dining experiences.

Phil and I discuss the importance of selecting the finest ingredients or produce from which skilled and experienced chefs create some of the best foodie experiences available. We also discuss the accompanying wines that should go with such meals and I challenge Phil to tell me what his favourite meal would be.

The podcast will be of interest to people who enjoy their food and those who also enjoy fine wines and spirits and the English language, or should we say French language, that often accompanies such descriptions.
