In our series Questions Jesus Asked, we look at the story of Jesus encountering a man struggling with darkness. In the story, we see Jesus ask before He tells. In His loving and compassionate way by asking questions Jesus gives humanity the dignity of freedom and thought and will. Jesus asks "What is your name?" looking to start the process of RESTORATION by having the man verbalize how he understands himself. We too can find our true identity by finding our way to Jesus and His gift of restoration.
