During one of my group coaching sessions, a client admitted to me that she over-ate out of anger. I remember being a little surprised. Angry eating? That was a new one. We talked it over, diving a little into what was going on for her and what she could change, and then I kinda forgot about it. Little did I know that several months later I would be in tears, realizing that I was in a cycle of eating out of deep emotional anger. Do you angry eat or do other kinds of emotional eating? It’s going to get raw today, girls, but this topic is overdue.
