Description

We were delighted to welcome Celia Gaze, Chief Purpose and Amazement Officer/Head Stable Maid for the Llamas, to the Podcast for the fourth episode in the series featuring everyday inspiring Neurodivergent Leaders.

Celia has a magnetic personality; you can't help but be energised once you've spoken to her. In the Podcast, Celia shares her journey from a Senior NHS Leader to experiencing stress and burnout, ultimately leading to a complete reset, embracing her inner entrepreneur, where she started transforming a neglected farm into an award-winning wedding venue. She now oversees an Award Winning B-Corp Certified, Events, Conferences and meeting venue with a difference, "The Wellbeing Farm".

Celia wrote a book, Why Put a Bow Tie on a Llama?

Already on quite a journey, she discovered through a chance conversation that she might be an ADHD'er. Something sparked in Celia, and she couldn't just let that go. So Celia embarked on a journey of self-discovery, which led to a formal Diagnosis of ADHD at 52.

Celia is very much focused on her Neurodivergence as a strength and openly attests to her success, determination and entrepreneurial mindset to her ADHD. She recognised there are challenges but believes in strength-focused conversations.

We had a fascinating conversation, and we hope you enjoy it as much as we enjoyed having it.
