Jay was doing nothing with his life last 2019 when he got fed up with the bickering of both pro and anti-Duterte trolls during the Senatorial elections.
Inspired by the Intellectual Darkweb of Sam Harris, Ben Shapiro, Jordan Peterson, Brett, and Eric Weinstein, he launched The Jay Aruga Show podcast to at least inspiring sanity on the internet.
But there's one problem, he's not as intellectual as them. Nevertheless, he just spoke to himself in the first few episodes, then with guests, and eventually, he was able to make celebrities appear in his podcast through legal means.
During the 2nd season of his stint, he embraced the title "The first and only Filipino podcast on conservative values" as Jay found purpose why he's doing all these, which is to spread the good, old, family-friendly cheers.
The Jay Aruga show is now on its 3rd season is the 29th most popular Society and CUlture podcast in Apple, sometimes 79th, sometimes 215th, and most of the time out of the charts.
