When we go through trials and sufferings with our children, we often get caught up in trying to change them, and when it doesn’t work out, the little bit of hope that we have in our heart gets dashed every time. When we hope in the things of this earth, we are going to get disappointed. When we hope in the glory of God, we are in a good place, because He never changes, He never leaves us, and He should get all the glory. Let our hope be in the glory of God both through the trial and at the end of the trial.
