The party want to have a discussion with Liverich at the cathedral, but have to avoid arrest. Jorus decides that he will use magic right in front of the party members. There seems to be a force field separating the cathedral from the town. The goat-man notices Jorus's magic. Brother Benedict offers himself up as a sacrifice.
