Desperate times, desperate measures, that's about the only way to sum up the group's solution for the current dilemma. And as if things aren't bad enough already, a new Council member drops in unexpectedly. A couple characters spring into action with some quick-witted and unexpected counters of their own, but they trigger a dire consequence for one character in particular.
