This morning we are going back to Jesus’ Sermon on the Mount and this portion of his sermon Jesus addressed going beyond what was expected or required. How do we react to difficult things in the flesh compared to how we should live by the Spirit? How many of you are competitive? I can get this way myself. Sometimes I wonder if being competitive is a good thing or not. Sure we all like to win and that’s not necessarily a bad desire to have, is it? Where it can go wrong is if we try to win at all costs. But we know we can’t win them all, don’t we?
