As we read from chapter three today there is a continuation of Paul speaking to the Jews regarding their practices of the Law, and God’s righteous judgments. Paul asks several questions at the beginning of this chapter. First of all, he says, what advantage is there to being a Jew? He said much in every way! What advantage do they have? Paul carefully explained in Romans 2 that the possession of the law or circumcision will not save a Jewish person. If this is the case, then what is the advantage of being “God’s chosen nation”?
