Today we are looking at Jesus’ sermon and in it he tells us how to store up our treasures in heaven rather than here on earth. God is always about eternity and wants us to be more eternally minded as He is. If we only pursue the pleasures of this world they will not last. Have you ever noticed that? Temporarily they may have their place and enjoyment, but they are not to be what we should only live for. God always wants us to seek first His Kingdom and righteousness, and it’s when we do that first, that he takes care of the rest.
