Prayer is crucial in our lives as followers of Jesus, and Jesus modeled why and how we should pray. Jesus lived in constant communion with Father God, and it’s important to note that he had to pray just like us. Although Jesus was fully God and fully human and had a unique relationship with Father God, he also lived on our level here on earth. Thus, he showed us the necessity of prayer in our daily lives, and like him, we also need daily dependence on the Father.
