It is a great way to start improving your customer experience marketing efforts with insight, removing the guess work.

𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 us:
1. 𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 𝟭: Monitor the traffic to my profile via profile views. This is a great source for inbound marketing purposes. It is a great indicator of whether you are in fact attracting your ideal client. But it is only the beginning.
2. 𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 𝟮: Monitor content engagement. Once our profiles are working for us and we have the right audience we monitor if they enjoy our content and find enough value to engage and respond?
3. 𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 𝟯: Monitor messaging responses. Now that we have their attention, did we do enough to earn the right to reach out via messaging and engage on a more personal and professional level? If we now get ghosted, we know that we need to go back to step 1 and re-visit our strategies.
