1) think of something from your past you did NOT want 

2) Step into willingness to explore, uncover, discover - poke under the hood and see the details. So you understand MORE about yourself going forward. 

3) When did you know? Somethings off here?? 

4) You may be with the person in this story - STOP. Sit with this teaching days, weeks or months until you completely understand to your core the strong need little humans have around BELONGING. DO NOT talk to anyone untrained. 

5) Assess how you felt prior to this situation (aka conundrum); could range from lost & lonely all the way to strong & healthy. 

6) When did you decide “this feels funky or this isn’t feeling good or right”?? 

7) this teaching (part 1) is about understanding the concept of BELONGING. 

8) In most cases we must OR we feel we must leave parts of ourselves behind or hide parts of ourselves. 

9) What I want - my person doesn’t want. 

10) We start to wonder “what’s wrong here”?? And, we understand the MIND is the boat determined to feel the feels of BELONGING and we understand the HEART is the skier - and the heart JOB is to show us (somehow); we’ve left parts of ourselves behind. Enter: MAN DOWN! •••
