Check-in time...How are you doing? Most will probably say, fine – I typically say this as well. This week it’s time to get raw and real to share how my week REALLY was.... spoiler alert, it wasn’t my best week. But despite feeling down, defeated, and simply worn out, I share my reflection of what I learned during these few days and how I use tools to shift into a more peaceful state of mind for my mind, body, soul, and spirit! It’s okay to have days that aren’t all positive or joyful although we do have control over how we respond and shift out of the rut.
At the end of today’s episode, I will lead you through a short meditation to feel your body in the present moment and be aware of an emotion that your body is physically feeling. The meditation will start at about minute 23.
