Jim Kohlhardt is the owner of Saturn Lounge and Digital Color, two companies that operate in marketing, photography, design, and printing businesses. Jim joined the company, started by his father-in-law, in the midst of bankruptcy - but that didn't stop him from applying the skills that he had to make it what it is today.
Coming from a career in sales, Jim applied himself where he could be most useful and let the people he hired do the work he couldn't. He talks about how they work with and around the constraints and working habits of the creative professionals in order to make them the best versions of themselves.
