So much has changed and yet so much stays the same... 
We all have a past, some things we would care not to admit to or take ownership of, but what if that past motivated you to dive deeper in to yourself and discover that this very thing is why you're here!  To spend your life supporting others in finding their strength physically but more importantly emotionally and spiritually.  
This is exactly what DJ is doing through both physical fitness training but has expanded his skill set in meditation and spiritual mindfulness. 
DJ has been mastering his meditation as a daily practice (consistency is key).  This journey has led him to land several roles as a fitness trainer, but has opened doors for him to provide mindfulness and meditation to others.  He has led people to self discovery and healing through his own journey of healing. walking the walk and talking the talk. 
In the last handful of months, as DJ continues his fitness training role he discovered this can not be maintained with out a consistent mindset and his grounding practice in meditation allows him to center with such flow that those around him organically find themself learning this just by being in his space.
