My name is Francesco Pavone and my goal is to help busy professionals feel great with and without a T-Shirt without extreme approaches.
In this podcast, we'll talk about the most practical aspect of fitness and nutrition. It won't be a geek discussion about science and not even a totally biased opinion about what you should do. We'll look at the current evidence and mix it with my experience as a former professional swimmer, online coach, personal trainer and the experience of my clients.
I will also share my journey as an online coach and competitive bodybuilder.
