Food is arguably one of the best parts of the holidays, and we want to discuss how we can still enjoy those mashed potatoes and gravy, while maintaining a healthy mindset. This year we are trying to eat intuitively by listening to our bodies when they tell us to eat more stuffing or maybe saving space for dessert :) We want to emphasize giving ourselves grace and focus on enjoying time with friends and family because for us, it is simply not worth stressing over.
