In this episode, I am joined by Mariafe Artacho del Solar. Mariafe is beach volleyball player who recently competed at the Tokyo Olympics. Mariafe has a strong sense of who she is and how being a good person first is what motivates her. She talks about her journey through sport, achievements, and setbacks. She talks about you can’t let anyone or anything stop you from achieving your goals and dreams, never limit yourself. Mariafe speaks about her positive mindset and the importance of focusing on the process and doing your best.
