In this episode, I talk you through a mindfulness exercise. In our modern-day world with technology, it can be hard to fall asleep. This short sleep countdown meditation is an exercise to assist you with getting to sleep. It begins with helping you feel comfortable and relaxed before the countdown begins. Starting at 50 and slowly counting towards 0 before falling asleep. I hope you find this exercise helpful and you can play me over and over whenever you need it!
