**Revision! Ok, around the 44 minute mark you're going to hear Joe say something about 250 calories equaling 1/2 pound of fat. Totally misspoke here folks! If you burn 250 calories a day for 1 week, THAT will equal  to appx 1/2 pound of fat! 

In today's show, we start to really get into all of the specific of IF, starting with how food is converted into glucose and ultimately stored as fat! We also talk about how to access this storage so we can burn it for energy, resulting in healthy weight loss. We'll also talk about being "fat adapted" and some of the signs and/or symptoms you may encounter that may indicate you truly are using fat as a source of energy.
