In today's episode we start down the hole of pre-workout supplements. With all of the ingredients involved, we tackle just the main one found in some of the more effective ones out on the market. That main ingredient? Caffeine. No we don't bash the stuff, however we do talk about all that is involved and some considerations that should be taken before starting them.
