We all want to hurry up and start, while hurrying to the most weight or reps so we can hurry along to a successful end result! If only it were that easy and things such as over-training, over exertion and injury from the both didn't exist. Take note.... Yes, it sounds simple enough but when you consider the info in today's show, you just may want to repeat the following phrase (we do!), "Slow and steady wins the race"....
