On today's episode, I am talking to Brittany Braswell. Brittany is a Registered Dietitian and recovery coach who helps women struggling with disordered eating and negative body image reduce their anxiety and disordered behaviors so that they can confidently restore their health and ditch food rules forever.  Brittany emphasizes the importance of replacing negative beliefs with spiritual truth to help her clients discover their God-given identity without their eating disorder.  She runs a virtual private practice with one-to-one services and group coaching programs to help women achieve lasting freedom from the bondage of their disorders.
