Description

I am so grateful to my guest today, Julie Thomas for her vulnerability and willingness to share about a topic that many women do not want to talk about. She talks about the years she silently battled postpartum depression after her second son was born. She talks about the day she felt released by God to start sharing her story and the fear, trepidation and attacks she experienced in both the physical and spiritual areas. She discusses how amazing it has been that by sharing her story and hearing the reactions of the women she meets, she continues to gain more freedom each time. She also gets into how she came to share her story with the I Am Second team. I pray this conversation really encourages you today to not just share your own story, but also to not suffer in silence and get the help you need. You are not alone!
