Today's conversation could not have come at a better time!! Keri Eichberger and I are talking about anxiety and her new book, Win Over Worry and the first time she suffered a major anxiety attack was when 9/11 happened. So many of us can relate to this even if we did not personally know anyone who died that day. Our very foundation as a country was shaken and that is when Keri realized that when our foundation is on anything but Jesus, we will be easily shaken. She also goes into detail about how her anxiety and depression was so great after her first three children that, if it were not for God's prompting and promises, she would not have had her last two children. She sees her freedom as a progression that has occurred throughout her life and continues today. Keri Eichberger lives just outside of Louisville, Kentucky, with her husband Mike and their five kids. Her own roller coaster of life trials, redeemed by a relationship with the Lord, fueled her desire to help others discover and experience the fullness of life found in Jesus. After years of writing for an online audience, she became ordained through Southeast Christian Church, giving her life to full-time ministry. She continues to follow her calling to bring faith-filled encouragement to others around the world through her social media influence, devotionals, Faith Fueled podcast, and Christian nonfiction books.
