I met Saundra Dalton-Smith in March at the Spark/NRB conference and she is one of the sweetest people I know! She wants people to be healthy in their mind, body and soul so they can live the life God has for them. We talk about her journey from losing her mom after childbirth to becoming the woman you see today. Bio:
Dr. Saundra Dalton-Smith is the founder of Restorasis, a health tech start-up focusing on restoring healthy patient-provider relationships to improve health outcomes. As a wellness initiative consultant, she helps organizations overcome employee burnout and leadership overwhelm to create a culture of well-being. She is a board-certified internal medicine physician with over 20 years in practice near Birmingham, Alabama. She received her B.S. in Biochemistry at the University of Georgia and graduated with honors from Meharry Medical College in Nashville. She has been an adjunct faculty member at Baker College and Davenport University in Michigan teaching courses on health, nutrition, and disease progression.
