Wholesaling real estate is one of the basic, beginner strategies to get started investing in real estate. A wholesale real estate deal involves you working with a seller to get a property under contract and then searching for a buyer to wholesale it to for a profit. Ideally, you have buyers lined up so you can quickly shop the property to your buyers list and find a buyer quickly to flip the house to so you're not stuck as the owner after closing with the seller.
