We all know how difficult and power draining it is to up your mental health game. I mean come on....my mental heath today vs even 6 months ago...yea I don't know her sis 🤭. But what happens when you meet a new partner and they're not on your level and actually bringing you down. Do we risk and strain our progress for them or do we ✌🏽 out and keep it #selfish to make sure we are staying on track?
