She has a degree in psychology training in psychotherapy and a coaching certificate in holistic health coaching. She is a natural empath with compassion and intuition to help professional women heal their core-soul wounds.
Her debut memoir "There's Always a Hitch" was inspired by her mother's diary from her travels in 1958 with her best friends and showed the friendship, resilience, and insights into women of the time along with Sophie's travels and adventures in the current day.
