In this episode Kioa talks about how we can start/continue working out and how to make it enjoyable if its not our cup of tea:

- I HATE going to the gym

- Figuring out your "why" for working out

- Go at your own speed while still challenging yourself

- Do activities that you enjoy like sports, hikes, walks, etc.

Challenge: If you already work out then keep it up and enjoy it.  If you don't then make a plan to this week with something small like shooting hoops with your kids or going for a walk and ACTUALLY DO IT!!!
