This week we had the privilege of catching up with two regional leaders in North American ski racing: Darlene Nolting, Program Director for Rocky Central in the US, and Jocelyn Huot, Director of Ski Quebec. Both have a ton of experience which leads to unique perspectives on the challenges faced by both athletes and their families.
