Episode 10 and the second of our Experts & Leaders subseries features mental performance coach, former Olympic figure skater, and Emmy nominated director, Yvonne Gomez. After working with her own mental performance coach when she was just 9, Yvonne achieved her Olympic dream, competing in the 1988 games for Spain. However, she did not stop there, as she rose the ranks in television and became an Emmy nominated sports TV director. She has gone on to also become a mental performance coach, working with the USF athletic department as well as other colleges, teams, and individuals at the highest level across an array of sports.
