We're back!  Professional footballer and friend of the show Chris Hegardt joins Max and Michael in an inspiring, enlightening, and insightful conversation.  Chris is currently playing in MLS with Charlotte FC at just 20 years old and after recently leaving Georgetown following his sophomore season.  But his journey has been far from easy.  Chris was identified as somewhat of a prodigy as a youth player but that all changed when it was discovered that he had hepatocellular carcinoma, a rare form of cancer.  After chemotherapy, a liver transplant, and more, Chris ultimately beat his cancer and continued on his dream to becoming a pro footballer.  He went on to play for the Sounders academy (where he went head to head with Max) where he got to play pro games and experience with the first team.  He went on to Georgetown, making a couple deep college cup runs.  Tune in to hear Chris share about his experience beating cancer, Max talking trash to him in his first pro start, his decision to go to college, recently playing against Chelsea FC in front of a sold out crowd, how he controls the controllable as a young player in MLS in and out of the roster, and more.
