Nice catching up with athletic powerhouse, Lauren Smith Stroud!
Lauren is an elite runner/athlete from Lake Jackson, TX. She ran in the Olympic marathon trials in 2020, holds the Guinness World Record for fastest half marathon with a pram(stroller) - with daughter Sadie Rose, and recently started to test her athleticism in obstacle course racing!
