January is known as World Carnivore month in the carnivore/animal based diet communities. We thought it would be fitting to talk to Dr. Lisa Wiedeman, who is no stranger to the carnivore diet. Dr. Wiedeman has been on a carnivore based diet going on for 13 years and she is feeling stronger and healthier than ever. Dr. Wiedeman is also a "Carnivore Coach" and has been helping people cut sugar and processed carbs for over 12 years. In this episode Dr. Wiedeman covers  the benefits of carnivore/animal based diets while highlighting the negatives of seed oils and other processed foods.
