In this episode, we have a really special guest. Her name is Jill Loesch, and she's a veteran teacher and coach living in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Her career spans over 24 years within the areas of pre-K through grade 2 classroom teacher, Kindergarten through grade 5 Literacy Resource Teacher, Kindergarten through grade 5 differentiation specialist, and Kindergarten through grade 5 academic and mindset coach. 

Jill now owns and operates a fitness studio with her husband, and is a mom of two. She created a business called The Self Nurtured Teacher™. The Self Nurtured™ teacher was created after Jill was diagnosed with Addison's Disease in 2017. 

In this episode, we discuss social-emotional learning and social-emotional health, and how those play into a child's reading development. Tune in for actionable steps to help build emotionally strong kids who thrive at reading!
