This week I turned 50 years old, and while I don't feel any older, it has certainly made me reflect on all the changes I've seen over the past 30 years in both the bar/restaurant and retail sides of the spirits world. This is probably the most unscripted, unfiltered, unedited and unprepared episode yet. It's a long one, but also a fun one.
