As St. Patrick's Day approaches, I took the opportunity to celebrate the spirit of Ireland by tasting the 4 basic, but most important Irish Whiskies. Im also talking a little bit about the history of this sometimes under appreciated spirit. I also share some good and bad customer experiences. There is also an Irish themed book i recommend.
