1. It is impossible for God to fail. God will not fail you
2. When you receive the baptism of The Holy Spirit you receive power
3. Since you've received power, you are responsible for the need around you. God supplies all your needs so that the needs of the needy may be met through you
4. You don't need to feel the power, just act. Jesus lived a life of perfect activity. He lived in the realm of Divine appointment.
