In today's episode of Psych Talk, I discuss something that the majority of us can relate to at some point or another - procrastination. I discuss what procrastination is and isn't and various reasons why we may procrastinate. Despite procrastination potentially feeling good in the moment, I discuss how generally the outcomes of procrastination are negative and highlight many of the consequences of procrastination. Additionally, I discuss a variety of strategies to work to overcome procrastination.
