This week, Danni recommends another book (surprise, surprise!), Eat a Peach by David Chang, a Korean American chef, restaurateur, author, podcaster and TV personality. The memoir chronicles Chef Dave's life as a chef, his experience in the culinary industry and starting his own restaurant, the now infamous Momofuku, all shaped by his Korean-American heritage and upbringing.
