Exercise and Fitness! Let's face it, our bodies were not meant to sit at a desk or be sedentary all day. Our bodies will not be at their best unless we get certain amounts and types of activity. This is not a physical picture we are looking to attain (although if that is important to you, go get it), it is the necessary activities that every "body" needs.
