On this episode we review our monthly book for the month of November "Atomic Habits". "Atomic Habits" is a great book for someone who is looking to get on track and stay on track. This book is the beginners guide for success, it teaches you to look at your actions as a habit. Look at each action(habit) you are doing and ask yourself "Is this a good habit or a bad one?". If the habit is a good one, then proceed to do it. But, if it is a bad one then we will not take any further action. Tune in to learn more about the book "Atomic Habits".
