Ian has been working in the Human Resources space for 10+ years. He started as a Customer Service trainer but quickly found his passion for teaching sales. For the next six years, he exclusively trained telephone agents to engage and see the needs of their customers while bringing their authentic selves to each call—Ian's passion for being a "real" person while selling spoke to his students. Over the years, Ian wondered how his students ended up in his class, what was their work history, and how they got to this point in their careers. This curiosity led him to a recruiting role. Ian has helped place over 300 sales professionals in uncapped commission roles. Ian is what you would call a transparent recruiter, giving his candidates an honest breakdown of what it takes to be successful in positions and setting the correct expectations for candidates. Over the years, Ian has helped advise his past hires on new roles and paths to leadership.
