Carl brought us a taste from Minnesota, and we were happy to try something new and different. We love trying out new whiskey from regional and micro distillers.
Douglas and Todd Distillery is named after two counties in Minnesota where the ingredients for their whiskey are sourced from. "The seasonal temperature variation present in Minnesota delivers a minimum four-year aging process, making for a distinct flavor profile and smooth taste."
