What happens when people don't agree? Conflict, it is inevitable. Last year in response to the black lives matter movement Lamont typed a post calling for unity and inclusion. Within that post a conversation happened, and even though the person was not persuaded to see Lamont's view, he prays that that person was impacted by his kindness and non-judgment. In this week Episode, Lamont and Leah review Lamont's letter that he wrote in response to this experience. They discuss ways to come together to have a conversation so that a greater meaningful impact can be had.
